These designs are not realistic tattoo designs, they are computer generated images made to resemble a tattoo. These designs almost always have way too much going on in a space, far too many tiny details, and too many elements crammed together. Alot of clients that are self prompting these AI designs have also become attached to the design and reluctant to make changes.
